Emotional Alchemy: A Sound Bath + Reiki Experience

Emotions live in the body—and when we don’t fully feel them, they linger. Grief becomes heaviness in the chest. Anger hides in the jaw. Shame curls into the belly. This sound bath + Reiki experience invites you to reconnect with your emotional body in a safe, compassionate way.

This month’s session focuses on the Sacral Chakra, your center of creativity, fluidity, and emotional depth. Through breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing, and Reiki, we’ll gently explore where grief, anger, shame, happiness, love, and safety live within you—without judgment, without story, just presence.

We’ll work with a science-informed approach rooted in the truth that emotions, when not fueled by thought, naturally complete themselves in 90 seconds. You’ll learn how to sit with emotion, feel it in your body, and let it move through—bringing softness, awareness, and healing.
